Reacond Associates is owned and managed by Frank Souders, who started in the HVACR industry in 1983. Tony Dylewski started in this industry back in 1978 and covered West Texas. Jim Dunn has been with the company since 2014 and is responsible for Arkansas, Oklahoma, and East Texas. Charles A. Fisher joined in 2024 with the Territory covering Louisiana.
